I'm considering moving my business to MWV; how do I get lured?

I previously posted this question in a mostly tongue-in-cheek fashion (... mostly...) in response to some Techtonics discussion about September's event. Bruce suggested that this thought might generate interesting discussion if I reposted here on the main ePeaks group.

I guess the question is what are you looking for? Most people end up in the this area for the recreation and then have found they can have their business here and skip the drive up on Fridays and home on Sundays. Plus you don't miss the mid week powder days!

What kind of business are you looking to move up here?

Sven, mine is business-to-business professional services in software development. Most of the work is "exported" to other states ... I wouldn't mind growing NH clients as well, but historically that hasn't been the case.

I also posted with the notion that it might prompt discussion in general; i.e. what if someone else wanted to know the answer to this one.

Thomas, I think that you have already figured out the answer by the fact that you are considering it. Having retired here 8 years ago (after coming up weekends for 15 years before that), the luring is done by the area and the quality of live it provides for you, your family and your employees. If you want to discuss it let me know and I would be happy to meet you and have coffee . John

Sorry for the late reply, I was away at my granddaughters graduation. Please just let me know your schedule and we can meet. I am retired so have a very flexible schedule (when not out at some volunteering event).

Speaking of late replies, I think this one here (mine) qualifies and I apologize. I've got a somewhat unforgiving schedule at the moment but hope to be traveling up to MWV area later in July or August. I'd be happy to meet then and would like to email you when I have more clarity on schedule.
